More than 3,200 emergency food box deliveries have been made to shielding and vulnerable residents

CSC calls icon11,648 coronavirus-related calls have been answered by our Customer Service Centre, of which 7,745 were dealt with by our advisors, with 3,903 sent on to the district councils for community support
